PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for managing a reservation for a room in a karaoke shop which is useful for both of users and the karaoke shop. SOLUTION: The method implements a process for returning information for available rooms in response to a request from a cellular phone provided with a browser by using a reservation managing server for managing guide information and a reserved status for each room on a room database, a process for obtaining reservation information and information of an automatic dept transfer service subscribed by the user in a communication process between the cellular phone, a process for registering the reservation information with a reservation book, a process for sending a bill surrogate request sheet to a billing system, a process for authorizing the cellular phone to use an electronic index server for managing a song searching database for a karaoke apparatus and timely transferring a song ID in a song list to the karaoke apparatus based on the song list created by the index server and the reservation information, and a process for obtaining information for indicating that the user comes to the karaoke shop and timely outputting the reservation information. |
