SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING UTILIZATION BY CONTRACT VIOLATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent utilization by a contract violating site while securing operation of contracted sites concerning voice recognition software that is linked with an Internet browser. SOLUTION: A database(DB) of a violation notification server 40 does not store information about normal contractors but stores information about contract violators. A client computer 10 refers to the DB of the violation notification server 40 to confirm whether a web site is a violating site. In the case of being a violating site, voice recognition operation in the client computer 10 is stopped. The client computer 10 also displays to the effect that the web site is a violation site. In the DB, all violators are not registered, but the appropriate number of violators among the violators are registered so as to serve as a warning.
