PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and efficiently perform the restoring operation of a fault place at a scene by secure communication between a maintenance center and a mechanical parking lot at the scene. SOLUTION: On a portable terminal 22 of a scene operator for performing the restoring operation at the mechanical parking lot 3 at the scene 2, three- dimensional model data on the fault place transmitted from the computer 10 of the maintenance center 1 through the Internet 25 or picture data prepared based on it is displayed as a picture. The situation of the scene is photographed by the portable terminal, and the photographed picture is transmitted to the computer of the maintenance center from the portable terminal through the Internet. Thus, the side of the maintenance center and the side of the portable terminal communicate with each other by using another communication means through the picture displayed by the data transmitted and received to/from each other. Thus, an instruction from the side of the maintenance center can securely be given to the side of the portable terminal, and secure information of the situation of the scene is given from the side of the portable terminal to the side of the maintenance center. |
