SOLUTION: This system is configured not to directly transfer cash to an account of a dealer that opens a commercial homepage but to establish a representative purchase dealer for receiving a merchandise price to temporarily transfer the price to the representative purchase dealer and to transfer the merchandise price to the dealer account from an account of the representative purchase dealer when the merchandise is delivered to the buyer. |
