PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order method by electronic mails, program for order and order system which enable to give orders for goods automatically by electronic mails, which enable the electronic mails to be returned to the ordering persons, especially if the ordered items have mismatches, urging the amendments by the ordering persons, and which enable to realize efficient order operations. SOLUTION: This system receives electronic mails, extracts ordered items from the electronic mails and judges consistency; when the ordered items are judged to have mismatches, the electronic mail in which the mismatched items are written is returned, and when the ordered items are judged to be consistent, the order operations are performed according to the ordered items. |
