PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system whereby a door-to-door insurance salesperson can present a variety of insurance products from a portable terminal while talking with a prospective insurance contractor and an insurance contractor. SOLUTION: A server device 21 comprises an insurance product information database 22, and the server 21 is connected to a portable terminal device 13 used by a door-to-door insurance salesperson 12 through a network 40. The terminal device 13 can access the insurance product information database 22. The insurance salesperson 12 selects a product which a prospective insurance contractor or a contractor 11 desire to have out of the insurance product information database 22, creates a security plan according to the predetermined conditions of the prospective contractor or contractor 11 for each insurance product and presents the created security plan to the terminal device 13. The prospective insurance contractor and insurance contractor selects a desired security plan out of the presented security plans and the insurance salesperson 12 requests the server 21 to close an insurance contract according to the security plan selected.
