PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely maintain a locking state of a turning lever. SOLUTION: In the approximately middle of right and left side of a joint part 13b of the turning lever 13, a nail part 21 is provided in the lower part of a front wall 13c of the joint part 13b. The rear surface of the nail part 21 is directed to the approximately center of the turning of the turning lever 13. A locking means 14 has an arm 22 for locking, which is located with an interval above the upper wall of 2nd housing 12. The arm 22 for locking is prepared directing towards the front-back direction, and its both ends support on the upper surface of the 2nd housing 12, respectively, through support parts 23 and 24. In the upper surface of the arm 22 for locking, a stopping projection 25 for carrying out the stop of the nail part 21 of the rotating-move lever 13 and an operation part 26 for operating, which are operated in case that the stop state of the nail part 21 and the stopping projection 25 is canceled, are provided with projection directing upward. If the rotating-move lever 13, which sits in the locking state, receives the external force to the locking releasing direction, the nail part 21 will act so that the stopping projection 25 may be pulled, and it will not separate from the stopping projection 25.
