PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker to be used for various acoustic equipment capable of improving the productivity of a speaker. SOLUTION: This speaker is constituted like a polygon by working a yoke 23 by bending one sheet-shaped metallic material in order to arrange at least two bending and erecting parts. Thus, the material loss of the yoke 23 can be reduced, and the productivity of the yoke 23 and the speaker can be improved.
