PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber unit for photoelectric sensor, the unit in which a detecting end fiber can be connected to an amplifier end fiber by merely cutting off the detecting end fiber at a suitable length, without performing a troublesome connector processing in the detecting area end. SOLUTION: The fiber connector for a photoelectric sensor is characterized by being equipped with a first holding means by which first optical fibers 21, 22 are attachably/detachably held by a frictional force at one end and a second holding means by which second optical fibers 31, 32 are similarly held at a position opposing the one end of the first optical fibers 21, 22.
