PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter circuit which can obtain a steep notch properties, and has many parameters for adjusting the filter property, and is easy of adjustment of filter properties, and an electronic apparatus using it. SOLUTION: A filter circuit 10 includes a distributed constant-type RC circuit which includes a distributed constant-type R1 and a distributed constant-type capacity C1 , and a distributed constant-type RC circuit which includes a distributed constant-type resistor R2 and a distributed constant-type capacitor C2 . These distributed constant type resistors R1 and R2 are connected in parallel, and its one end is connected to the input end of a buffer circuit. One distributed constant-type capacitor C2 is connected to the output end of the buffer circuit. The number of the distributed constant-type RC circuits connected in parallel may be three or larger. In case that the number of the distributed constant RC circuits connected in parallel is n pieces, the number of the distributed constant type capacitors connected to the output end of the buffer circuit is one among one pieces to (n-1) pieces.
