PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent management of settlements of transaction between corporations by electronic draft from becoming complicated due to a draft of the same drawer and payee being issued for each contract. SOLUTION: An electronic draft center server 301 of an electronic draft center 101 extracts information of a transaction of which buyer and seller coincide from the information of transaction received from a marketplace 102 and presents the extracted information of transaction to a terminal 401 in a corporation on a selling side and, for information of a plurality of transactions selected by the selling side, creates one piece of information of an electronic draft in a new sum of settlement totaling each amount of settlement. The server 301 further performs processing of draft drawing, processing of transfer and processing of repayment according to the information of an electronic draft. |
