PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a medication error caused by taking one patient for another in connection with an electronic medical record when the electronic medical record is processed. SOLUTION: A means for detecting the occurrence of the condition that the electronic medical record is not used while the electronic medical record is being displayed; a means for displaying image information on the patient concerned with the electronic medical record and/or a doctor using the electronic medical record on the electronic medical record, when the occurrence of the condition that the electronic medical record is not used is detected; and a means for deleting the image information displayed on the electronic medical record on condition that the confirmation whether a request to delete the image information displayed on the electronic medical record is made by a right doctor for the electronic medical record is obtained in the case that the request for the deletion of the image information displayed on the electronic medical record is issued are provided. |
