<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for alignment that accurately sticks two sheets of glass boards together at a predetermined position and that can reduce the time for sticking two glass boards together. SOLUTION: The first glass board with alignment marks is sucked to a lower glass sucking table 10b. Image recognition cameras are focused to the alignment marks on the first glass board by raising the lower glass sucking table 10b and lowering the image recognition cameras 12a and 12b. If the alignment marks are recognized, the alignment marks are always to be projected on a monitor. By further raising the lower glass sucking table 10b, the first glass board is sucked to an upper glass sucking table 11b. Then, by lowering the lower glass sucking table 10b, the second glass board is sucked to the lower glass sucking table 10b. The image recognition cameras 12a and 12b are focused to the alignment marks on the second glass board while raising the lower glass sucking table 10b and lowering image recognition cameras 12a and 12b. The alignment marks are projected on the second glass board on the monitor to make them match with the alignment marks on the first glass board that have been projected.</p> |
