CLUTTER SUPPRESSING DEVICE AND CLUTTER SUPPRESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clutter suppressing device capable of automatically performing suppression processing in the optimum order of the filter. SOLUTION: A clutter center frequency estimation means 6 estimates the center frequency of the clutter. A filter coefficient calculation means 1a and multiple zero point processing means 71-70+N-1 calculate filter coefficients to form zero points of frequency characteristic for the estimated value. Filter coefficient calculation means 2a-2N calculate filter coefficients so as to allocate the zero points of filters for the estimated value. Filter means 2a-2N use the filter coefficient at every different pulse interval by a stagger/trigger system to suppress the clutter in a receiving signal. A filter order selection means 3 calculates the input/output signal power ratio of the filter means 2a-2N from the received signal and the output signals of the filter means 2a-2N to determine the order of the whole of the filters on the basis of a change in the power ratio. The output signal selection means 4 changes over an output signal on the basis of a selection result.
