PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional measuring device which can easily and high-speedily display both data on reflection intensity of a sample such as difference in reflectance or fine dents, etc., and data on surface shape in terms of better correlation each other. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional measuring device is emitted by lighting on the surface of a sample 8 to obtain data on its own reflection intensity as well as data on its own surface shape. It contains signal processing means 17, 18, 19 replacing the reflection intensity data with luminance data and the sample surface shape data with chromaticity data, respectively, to obtain color data by combining these replaced data, and a monitor 20 displaying the chromaticity data.
