PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a log by monitoring the specific contents QoS information in real time sound/moving picture contents so be transmitted through a network based on packets. SOLUTION: The QoS information to record the log is from a flow stream level to a framework device level and is managed by using a prescribed interface or retrieved later. Besides, ranking is applied to the contents remotely accessed through the network on the basis of a reference specified by the prescribed interface while using the QoS information. When the device is integrated with a framework device for controlling the traffic, all information required for executing a service level guarantee contract or arbitrary QoS control mechanism can be provided. Further, network traffic caused by remote access to QoS log information is decreased.
