PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of providing information for confirming a person himself/herself with a simple and relatively inexpensive system by utilizing image data provided by a customer, and its method. SOLUTION: This user confirmation information providing system records user confirmation information including user image information provided by a user and provides the user confirmation information in response to a store proprietor. The user confirmation information system has a user confirmation information managing device for recording the user confirmation information and providing desired user confirmation information in response to a request, a user side terminal device for the user requesting other information together with the user image information to be stored as user confirmation information, and a store side terminal device for sending user identification information to the user confirmation information managing device and receiving a user confirmation sheet corresponding to the user identification information.
