<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nosing cover for stairs capable of simple construction, obtaining satisfactory esthetic appearance, easy manufacture, and facilitating the execution of storage, management, etc. SOLUTION: The nosing cover is provided with a nosing cover main body 50 and a rocking plate 53. The nosing cover main body 50 comprises both a treadboard 51 arranged along the upper surface of a nosing part 25 of a step 20 and a front surface cover plate 52 extended downward from the front end of the treadboard 51 and arranged along the front surface of the nosing part 25. The upper end part of the rocking plate 53 is rotation-freely mounted to the lower end of the front surface cover plate 52 in the nosing cover main body 50 to constitute the rocking plate 53 in such a way as to freely rock between a horizontal attitude along the lower surface of the nosing part 25 and a predetermined forward inclined attitude with the upper end part of the rocking plate 53 as a fulcrum.</p> |
