<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a data-inputting burden for registering family register information in a family register database by data on a family register report. SOLUTION: When a retrieval key is inputted from a terminal device 13, a family register information processing part 11 retrieves the family register database 12 to obtain data which can be utilized as input data of a report. When data corresponding to the family register database 12 is not found, the family register information processing part 11 issues a request for retrieval to a resident record processing part 14, and retrieves a resident record database 15 through the resident record processing part 14 to obtain data which can be utilized as the input data of the report.</p> |
