PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image communication device where a receiver side can record information, while keeping high image quality as photographed by a transmitter and can surely communicate information photographed by a digital camera, while specifying the number of pixels and the capacity designated. SOLUTION: The image communication device capable of communicating color information enables the receiver to inform the transmitter about the presence/absence of a function of receiving information photographed by the digital camera and the number of pixels receptible of the information photographed by the digital camera, enables the transmitter to designate transmission of the information photographed by the digital camera to the receiver, enables the transmitter to designate the number of pixels for sending the information photographed by the digital camera to the receiver, and revises a recording position, on the basis of the number of pixels required to transmit the information photographed by the digital camera designated by the transmitter, when the transmitter designates the transmission of the information photographed by the digital camera. |
