PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by automating to solve such problems that the positional adjustment is very hard to manually carry out using a laser positioning device and needs a long time. SOLUTION: A photo detecting device having a transmitting means which transmits a remote operation signal operating a laser optical device remotely, and a calculating means which calculates the difference between laser light and the center of a photo detecting plane, is employed, and the remote operation signal which rotates a laser optical system toward the center of the photo detecting plane is transmitted by the transmitting means.
