PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold preserving device, improved in a cooling efficiency and big in a cooling capacity. SOLUTION: The cold preserving device is provided with a storage chamber, formed in a box body, a cooling chamber, formed in the upper part of inside of the box body and capable of receiving a solid refrigerant on the inside wall, an insulating wall, formed so as to cover the outer wall of the cooling chamber and including an insulating material, and an air passage, formed between the insulating wall and the cooling chamber to conduct air to flow into the storage chamber, while the outer wall faced to the air passage and the slanted bottom surface of the inside wall for the cooling chamber are formed so as to be capable of conducting heat.
