Air distillation method uses two adsorbers to purify air in operating cycle with adsorption and regeneration phases

The air distilling method uses a cryogenic heat exchange line in which air is purified using two adsorbers (36,38) in an operating cycle where an adsorption phase occurs at a first cycle pressure and a regeneration phase occurs at a lower pressure. The purified air is force cooled at the outlet of each absorber upstream of the heat exchange line (4) of the distiller. An Independent claim is included for an apparatus for air distillation using the method.
