PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an administration method for a digital broadcasting system for realizing an accurate area-limited broadcasting, service reflecting the intention of a broadcaster. SOLUTION: A customer administration center 11 requests to make a call to a digital tuner 15, which in turn sends a customer card number to the customer administration center 11 through a telephone line 16. Based on a telephone number and the customer card number of the digital tuner 15 obtained through the call, the customer administration center 11 generates and sends information to the digital tuner 15 for allowing the digital tuner 15 a limited reception of the broadcasting service.
