PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information on a consumer at selling time to a commodity maker side manufacturing a commodity thereby to directly return service from a commodity maker to the consumer. SOLUTION: A system is provided with a terminal machine having an input means inputting consumer identification information and commodity identification information when the consumer 11 purchases the commodity and an adjusting means adjusting the purchase amount of the commodity and with a commodity maker side computer 19 which is connected to the terminal machine so that they can communicate and stores history on the commodity of the consumer 11. When the commodity maker side computer 19 receives consumer identification information and maker identification information, it calculates an amount of return to be returned to the consumer 11 based on history, and transmits it to the terminal machine. The terminal machine reflects the amount of return and adjusts the purchase amount. |
