PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an enterprise having little funds perform a commercial transaction or support of the commercial transaction by customer support provided by a supporter having knowledge of merchandise. SOLUTION: This system is a commercial transaction support system provided with a computer system 2 which can be connected from terminal equipments 6a, 6b, 6c, and 7 through communication network 5 and constituted enabling to realize performing of commercial transactions (one or both of sale and lease) or support of the commercial transactions; the accumulated information 1a depending on supporters 8a, 8b, and 8c who participate in the merchandise is recorded in a recording part 1 when supporters 8a, 8b, and 8c access to the computer system 2 from the terminal equipments 6a, 6b, and 6c respectively; when a customer 9 who wants to be supported his commercial transaction accesses from the terminal equipment 7 to the computer system 2, the system specifies a supporter (for example, supporter 8c) based on the accumulated information 1a recorded in the recording part 1; coordination is performed through the computer system 2 so that a specified supporter can perform the customer support of the commercial transaction to the customer 9. |
