PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a battery pack capable of cooling each square battery in the battery pack with a high cooling performance and reliability over the long term. SOLUTION: In the battery pack in which a plurality of the square batteries constituted of a group of polar plates and an electrolytic solution contained in a square battery box 13 are arranged in parallel and integrally restrained, metallic plates 17 are integrally buried in side walls parallel to the polar plates of the square battery box, and a heat transmission part 18 protruding from the square battery box 13 is provided at the side end of at least one of the metallic plates 17. A heat exchanger is arranged so that the heat exchange surface of the heat exchanger may contact the heat transmission part 18 protruding from the square battery box 13 of each square battery, and the battery pack and the heat exchanger are fixed.
