<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and precision in parts alignment, related to a laser self-action welder used for fabricating an electron gun for a CRT(cathode ray tube), etc. SOLUTION: The self-action welder comprises a transportation alignment means 13 which holds an h-spring 11b to align with a welding part of an electron gun assembly 11a while shifts the h-spring near the welding part, and a pressuring means 2 which allows a part of the h-spring, after shifted by the transportation alignment means, to abut the welding part while pressurizes it by a desired pressure. The pressurizing means 2 pressurizes the h-spring 11b by driving of an air cylinder.</p> |
