PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electric field light-emitting element wherein a layer including a light-emitting region can be formed in a prescribed pattern with a superior precision, stability and reliability, and provide a solution dropping device. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the organic electric field light- emitting element 23 wherein the layer having electron transporting layers which are the light emitting regions between ITO transparent picture element electrodes 2 and negative electrodes 22, at least the electron transporting layers 5 among the layers are formed in a prescribed pattern by dropping an organic EL material solution 5a of the constituting materials of the layers.
