PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an ice storage refrigeration system provided with a water level sensor in a heat storage tank that the reliability of the water level sensor is low because of high humidity environment in the tank, and to enhance the reliability of the water level detection while reducing the cost of the system. SOLUTION: A reference water level opening (97) is provided at the reference water level of a heat storage tank (16) and connected with a reference water level pipe provided with a drain valve. A first fixing opening (111) is provided at a specified position above the reference water level opening (97) and a second fixing opening (112) is provided at a specified position below the reference water level opening (97). First and second lateral fixing float switches each having a float section and an electric section juxtaposed in the horizontal direction are fixed to penetrate the first fixing opening (111) and the second fixing opening (112) such that the electric section is located on the outside of the heat storage tank (16).
