<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an international disaster information providing system capable of contribute to the study and grasping of a disaster immediately reflecting the situation of the disaster to map data by collecting the situations of a disaster country and neighboring countries by easy constitution. SOLUTION: Since a disaster scale sometimes spreads not only within the disaster country itself but also to multiple countries (a country A, a country B, a country C...: to be called cooperative countries collectively), disaster information on the disaster country (map data of a bit map, a disaster site, a disaster situation, the kind of the disaster, etc.), and disaster information of the neighboring countries are collected by a management server 10 of a central center 2 via the Internet 1. Then, when an analytic server 14 of the center 2 provides these to clients (ai, bi, ci,...), analytic disaster information (disaster areas, predictive information on the disaster areas, map scale data, summary data, safety route data, etc.), on disaster prevention according to the desires of the clients (ai, bi, ci,...) at a map level according to the displayed levels of the cooperative countries.</p> |
