<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data transmission system that can ensure downsizing of a data transmission device, including a transmission line and realize acquisition of a decoded image with high sharpness. SOLUTION: Original image data are separated into compressed area image data and non-compressed area image data, on the basis of image compression area information and image non-compression area information, an image compressor 15 compresses the compressed area image data to generate compressed image data and non-compressed image data, the data transmitter 13 transmits both the compressed image data and non-compressed image data to a receiver side, the receiver applies decode processing to the compressed image data in the transmitted compressed image data and un compressed image data, and an image composing section 17 applies composite processing, to them so as to produce composited image data.</p> |
