PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new balloon type floodlight improved in its usability and commercial value by overcoming the problem wherein the light of conventional one disturbs drivers to pass by a construction site of a road. SOLUTION: The balloon type floodlight attracts drivers' attention by indicating printed letters like 'Under construction' or 'caution' on the outer surface of the body 5a of the balloon 5 because the balloon 5 can be inflated without wrinkle.
