PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the decomposition of a halogenated solvent. SOLUTION: There is provided a nonaqueous electrolyte made by dissolving an electrolyte salt in a nonaqueous solvent. In the electrolyte, the nonaqueous solvent having cyclic structures has a weight percentage of more than 50 in the ratio to the whole components of the nonaqueous electrolyte, and at least more than one of halogenated solvents represented by the general formula (1) shown below is included. (Either of R1, R2 stands for an alkyl group having more than 4 carbon molecules, and either one is a halogenated alkyl group.). |
