PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of delivering information on an article to a desired place via a communication network in which the information is obtained by reading with an information processing device a clipping code provided for each article frame on an information recording medium. SOLUTION: Each article frame, for example 38k, on a newspaper 30 has a clipping code 35k printed thereon, the code 35k presenting an ID code specific to the article, a network address of a service provider to be requesting the clipping, etc. When a user reads the code 35k for the article 38k by a code read attachment 31 (S21), the request for clipping the article is sent to a department of a newspaper publishing company, which is to provide the service, based on the network address described in the code 35k (S24). The designated article information (contents) is transmitted to a designated address or the like from a newspaper article database 33 (S25). |
