PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device using a light emitting unit good in heat radiation. SOLUTION: The lighting device 40A consists of a light emitting unit 68 good in heat radiation equipped on a metal substrate 71A having a bended part 71B on the fringe. The light emitting unit 68 comprises a plurality of conductive paths 51 that are electrically isolated to each other, an optical semiconductor 65 stuck on the conductive paths 51 and a transparent insulating resin 67 which covers the optical semiconductor 65 and supports the conductive paths 51 as a whole.
