<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor and control station service equipment even though a person in charge is apart from the front of a monitoring panel. SOLUTION: A station service equipment monitoring device consists of the monitoring panel for remotely controlling and monitoring the station service equipment such as an automatic ticket examination machine and an automatic ticket vending machine, a setting means for setting the monitoring panel in an absence mode when the person in charge leaves the installation position of the monitoring panel, a connecting means for connecting the monitoring panel to a telephone line network when the monitoring panel is set in the absence mode and also when a calling signal for calling the person in charge is received from the station service equipment side, and a responding means for responding between the person in charge and a user of the station service equipment side through a telephone set carried by the person in charge when the monitoring panel is connected to the telephone line network.</p> |
