<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article direction control device capable of surely controlling the direction of articles and being mounted on a small installation area, and to provide a processing device capable of surely performing the additional processing to the articles without impairing their appearance. SOLUTION: This direction control device comprises a plurality of conveying tables for loading the articles of which the directions are to be controlled, a rotating conveying mechanism for transferring the conveying tables along a circular arc-shaped conveying passage, and a conveying table rotating mechanism for rotating each conveying table. A driving shaft for rotation in the conveying table rotating mechanism is supported to be rotated and driven by a driving source the same as that of a driving shaft for revolution in the rotating conveying mechanism through a power transmission system independent from the driving shaft for revolution. The processing device comprises this direction control device, and is provided with an additional processing device for performing the additional processing to an outer peripheral face of the article, at a downstream area with respect to the direction control area of the conveying passage of the direction control device.</p> |
