PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly method for an anode structure of a magnetron of which the anode plates are capable of contacting to the inner wall of an anode cylinder close by preventing deformation at the inside edge portions of an anode plates facing to a cathode. SOLUTION: This assembly method for an anode structure of a magnetron has an anode cylinder and a plurality of anode plates having a wedge-like groove with a slope on their top and bottom ends, respectively, and equal pressure rigs of large and small sizes, and a positioning jig having a wedge-like projection which matches with the wedge-like groove of the anode plates, and a hold-down jig having same wedge-like projection as the positioning jig has. Here, an anode cylinder and the anode plates are inserted into the positioning jig set with the equal pressure rings, and then the top-end faces of the anode plates are pressured with the hold-down jig, in addition, the wedge-like grooves of the anode plates are pressurized with the wedge-like projections of both jigs, consequently the outer edge portions of the anode plates are closely contacted to the inner wall of the anode cylinder, after that the anode plates are brazed with the anode cylinder.
