PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive material maintaining high conductivity and improved in durability against abrasion, as a material of an apparatus in a clean room, especially as a material for a viewing window of a machine. SOLUTION: On one side of a transparent plastic film having an anchor coat if necessary, is formed a conductible layer containing conductive particles and an ionizing radiation cured resin, covered with an inorganic pellicle of silica or the like. The width of the inorganic pellicle is set so as to prevent reflection of visible light. With an adhesive layer on the other side of the plastic film, it is used to adhere to a material to be adhered to such as a glass material constituting the viewing window of the machine.
