ELECTRONIC OPERATION LEVER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device small-sized by detecting two-directional tilting operation by one potentiometer, to prevent an unreasonable force from being applied from a pushing member to the potentiometer, and to relax the positioning precision needed for assembly. SOLUTION: The electronic travel lever device 11 uses the swing type potentiometer 24 equipped with a swing arm 29 which is pushed by a pusher 19 to swing and a detection part 30 which detects the quantity of swing displacement of the swing arm 29. The one potentiometer 24 is therefore able to detect the front-back directional tilting manipulated variable of a travel lever 18 and the number of potentiometers 24 can be decreased. Consequently, the travel lever device 11 can be made small-sized and lightweight. The swing arm 29 supported by a both-end supported support shaft 28 is only pushed by the pusher 19, so no unreasonable force operates and the positioning precision needed for assembly can be relaxed.
