PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method which is capable of freely making designs having a wide variety of changes and efficiently making mass production of products maintaining the uniformity of the designs. SOLUTION: In manufacturing parts, such as frames, temples and ear bends of plastic spectacles, the technical means of obtaining the spectacle parts of opening cutting-out sections 11 on the surface of a body 1 molded of thermoplastic to a flat planar shape, exchangeably fitting thermoplastic ornamental pieces 2 which are fabricated to the union shapes of the cutting-out sections 11 at the same thickness as the thickness of the body 1 and are different color tones or texture, joining and integrating these to fabricate an ornamental fabric A and die cutting and molding this ornamental fabric A to a required shape so as to at least partly include the joined and integrated ornamental piece 2 segments is adopted.
