PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor sensor device capable of detecting pressure and temperature by simple constitution without complicating a structure and being enhanced in the detection accuracy of temperature, by making temperature-voltage characteristics showing a relation between temperature and output voltage almost linear. SOLUTION: Pressure-sensitive elements Ra, Rb, Rc and Rd having piezoelectric resistance effect are formed on a semiconductor substrate. The pressure- sensitive elements Ra, Rb, Rc and Rd are used to constitute a bridge circuit 21. A printed circuit board has a constant current supply circuit 20 for supplying a predetermined constant current to the bridge circuit 21. The constant current supply circuit 20 has a temperature characteristic adjusting circuit 20g for adjusting the temperature characteristics of a second detection signal, so that the temperature characteristics of the second detection signal becomes almost linear.
