PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly inject grout with good workability and to surely prevent back flow of the grout in a reinforcing bar coupling device. SOLUTION: A sleeve 10 is provided with a screw coupling part 11 and a cylindrical part 12. The end of a screw reinforcing bar is coupled on the screw coupling part 11, and the end of a deformed bar is coupled by a hardened grout on the cylinder part 12. A check valve 20 is mounted on an injection opening 12 of the cylinder part 12. The check valve 20 consists of an elastic resin integral molding, and is provided with a cylindrical body part 21, and four flaps 23 connected to the downstream end of the body part 21. The flap 23 is projected in the downstream direction in a natural state, and inclined to be neared mutually. When the grout is injected, it is elastically deformed to allow inflow of the grout. When the injection of the grout is completed, a flap 24 is elastically deformed by reverse directional pressure to block a passage 25 so as to prevent the back flow.
