发明名称 ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE DEVELOPING TONER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrostatic charge image developing toner capable of suppressing a leak from a toner cartridge in spite of high fluidity by a suspension polymerization method. SOLUTION: A monomer composition comprising at least one component selected from a crosslinker and a resin having 1-60 mgKOH/g acid value and at least one monomer selected from styrene and (meth)acrylic monomers is suspension-polymerized to obtain the objective amorphous electrostatic charge image developing toner having an average degree of circularity of 0.80-0.97 measured with a flow system particle image analyzer and 5-40 deg. angle of collapse measured with a power tester. This toner also has about 15-50 deg. angle of repose and a shape factor (SF-1) of about 110-230 measured with an image analyzer. When the toner is housed in a cartridge attachable to an image forming apparatus, a leak of the toner from the cartridge can be prevented.
