PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system realizing sure accounting in a contents utilization management system for performing accounting by a log. SOLUTION: The system for receiving the log accompanying contents reproduction from a user and performing accounting generates the log obtained by coordinating a contents identifier with one of the number of reproducing times, a reproducing time, a reproducing position and a reproduction information quantity as accounting determination data and recording it based on data on contents reproduction. The management center performs accounting based on a accounting condition set corresponding to contents based on the accounting determination data of the received log. Accounting considering all of the reproduction processing is performed according to various kinds of accounting conditions.
