PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove dust and other foreign matters or the like on a chipping road surface in which reinforcing bars are streched upon the upper face. SOLUTION: High pressure air is jetted toward the chipping road surface 1 from above the streched reinforcing bars 53 of the chipping road surface 1 after chipping work, the dust and the other foreign matters are sequentially moved forward by jet pressure, and the dust and the other foreign matters moved to a final end part are sucked and removed by a suction device 55.
