PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slurry pipe-jacking method and a slurry pipe-jacking system, which allow an earth-removing liquid to be fed automatically to an earth-removing pipe at a fixed flow rate and a constant speed, and efficiently transported pneumatically aboveground on the strength of an airflow sucked in from an airflow inlet. SOLUTION: Ground 11 is excavated while slurry in concentrated form is pumped for infilling into a cutter head at an end of a tunnel boring machine; the earth-removing liquid, which is composed of excavated soil and the slurry, is transported aboveground through the earth-removing pipe 17; and a jacking pipe 10 is pressed into the ground 11 so that a tunnel can be formed. In this case, a pump 18 with a screw is attached midway through the pipe 17; the airflow inlet 20a is provided in the nearest place in the pipe 17 on the side of discharge of the pump 18; a downstream end of the pipe 17 communicates with and is coupled to a vacuum tank 24; and the earth-removing liquid is conveyed aboveground by virtue of the automatic constant feeding and suction pneumatic transportation of the earth-removing liquid on the strength of drive of the pump 18. |
