PURPOSE: A device for preventing a missing child is provided to previously prevent missing child by sounding an alarm if a child is away from a parent more than a constant distance and to easily know a position of the child by displaying a distance from the parent. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter(200) transmits an intrinsic code. A cellular phone(100) includes a microcomputer(50) and an alarm part(33) alarming the missing child according to a control signal of the microcomputer(50). In case that a receiving intrinsic code is same as the previously inputted intrinsic code and the separation distance from the transmitter(200) is larger than the previously inputted distance, the microcomputer(50) outputs the control signal. The microcomputer(50) includes a data memory(52) storing the intrinsic code of the transmitter(200), the identification information and the separation distance, and a distance calculator(54) calculating the separation distance between the separating distance stored in the data memory(52) and the present separation distance of the transmitter(200). |
