PURPOSE: A deflection yoke is provided to achieve improved productivity by avoiding interference during assembly of a ferrite core through the enhancement of structure of the bobbin for cutting off magnetic field leakage. CONSTITUTION: A deflection yoke comprises a coil separator(10) having a larger diameter screen portion(11a) arranged at the screen surface side of a cathode ray tube, and a small diameter neck portion(12) coupled to an electron gun portion of the cathode ray tube; a fixing plate(30) arranged upright on the screen portion of the coil separator, and which has a stopper protrusion(31) formed at the outer upper center of the fixing plate; and a magnetic field leakage cutoff bobbin(20) having a pair of guide rails for insertion of both sides of the fixing plate, and a stopper groove for permitting the stopper protrusion of the fixing plate to get caught at the stopper groove. The magnetic field leakage cutoff bobbin is wound with a coil(21) for generating a magnetic field and cutting off a magnetic field leakage.
